The First Lord's Staff

Below is a listing of The First Lord's Staff and a description of their duties. Below that is a listing of the current positions:

  • Chief of Staff – Usually a Flag Officer. Responsible for coordinating the staff in the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty.
  • Chancellor of the Exchequer - Serves as the Chief Financial Officer of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association Inc. This position is usually a Flag Officer.
  • Judge Advocate General – Usually a Captain of the List. Responsible for the role of Corporate Counsel of the Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.. Because of this, this person *must* be an attorney. Also responsible for coordinating the other JAG Officers who will act as Ombudsmen during Promotion Boards.
  • Staff Intelligence Officer – Responsible for Special Projects within the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty.
  • Staff Communications Officer – Responsible for the First Lord's social media accounts and coordinates communications with the Space Lords and other Division heads.
  • Community Outreach Liaison – Responsible for coordinating Community, Charity and Media Events within the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty.
  • Aide-de-camp – Responsible for the First Lord of the Admiralties schedule when at events. This position is usually known as a Flag Lieutenants at lower Flag Ranks and doesn’t need to be a Lieutenant.
  • Staff Tactical Officer – Responsibile for promoting gaming throughout the organization.
  • Ombudsman– Responsibile for assiting members within tRMN.
