The High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy is the Vice President of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. and a Member of the Board. For the work they do, this person is awarded the rank of High Admiral. The duties of the High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy are as follows (These duties may be expanded as necessary by Admiralty Orders, Navy Regulations or Protector’s Orders):
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the organization
- The issuing of regulations in the form of Protector’s Orders
- Recommend Officers for Senior Leadership Positions
- The day-to-day operations of the Grayson Space Navy Sub-Group, the Correspondence Division of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.
- Responsible for Coordinating the Grayson Canon with the Royal Manticoran Navy Sub-Group of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc.
